A couple of weeks ago my friend Lee Anne and I took a road trip up to Dallas, Texas. We came to meet with our RewardStyle reps, but also had dinner with a few other Texas bloggers and got to stay at The Joule hotel right in the center of downtown. It was a quick trip, but definitely one for the books thanks to The Joule!
We weren’t aware of this until we got there, but Lee and I ended up getting to stay in the penthouse which was a total dream come true. We had an entire floor to ourselves complete with our own elevators, two balconies, and rooftop access. When they took us up I actually started laughing because I couldn’t believe this beautiful room was actually going to be ours!
For those of you who don’t know Lee Anne, she is another Austin blogger. She’s older than me so she’s married, and her husband Dylan actually has a blog as well. How cool is that?! They also have a 2 year old son, Noah, who is the cutest thing ever and another baby on the way. Despite the age gap, I swear we are the same person! I have both of their blogs and Instagram profiles linked up down below—you guys will definitely want to check them out.
I grew up always going to Dallas to shop and even have some family there, but I’ve never really gotten to explore the city. Staying downtown gave me the opportunity to see a new part of Dallas, and I loved every minute of it. I’m already planning my next trip! If you’re a Dallas local—let me know what your favorite spots are. The Joule is definitely a new favorite for me!
