Ok, how adorable is this dress?! If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that this just screams Rachel. If I could sum up my style in only a few outfits… I think this one would be in the running. That is a bold statement y’all!

I am loving the tie-neck on this chic little dress. There is something about it that is very Parisian chic to me. I am pretty obsessed with just about anything French/Parisian, so naturally the tie-neck trend is one of my favorites for this season.

As I’m sure many of you have noticed, another one of my obsessions besides all things Parisian would have to be floral prints. Since this dress has both a Parisian flare and a floral print, it’s a perfect 10 in my book. I was happy to have found something I loved this much at Forever 21 for such a great price!

Along with the Parisian flare, I added a little splash of Texas with these western inspired booties. These are my favorite booties for fall, and I’m seeing the western look everywhere. I snagged this pair from Topshop, making this look stylish but still affordable. Shop everything down below!
