Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably noticed that fringe is one of the hottest trends of the season. It’s all the rage right now—but will it last? I’m a pretty practical person, so this is oftentimes my concern with any new trend. I definitely like to be trendy, but I’m not always down to spend lots of money on stuff that may or may not have staying power. So what’s a girl to do?

Enter this jacket from Forever 21. It’s fringe covered, under $60, and couldn’t be cuter! It also comes in black, and I love it in brown so much that I’m considering buying it too. Lately Forever 21 has been on point. It has really become a go-to spot for me for all things trendy. I’m always a little wary about quality when I buy stuff from there, but if you’re willing to do a little digging there are hidden gems to be found. This jacket is definitely one of them! It’s made out of real leather, and in my opinion looks way more expensive than it actually is.

For all of my fellow longhorns, this jacket pairs nicely with shades of burnt orange like those present in this top. Texas longhorns aside though, I think burnt orange is a great color for anyone during this time of year. This top has the perfect fall mix of burnt orange, gold, maroon, and olive green. Naturally I chose to complete the outfit with a few of my most loved items that y’all are probably tired of seeing (sorry not sorry): my olive jeans, my gold booties, my gold bucket bag, and my favorite ring. I also added this tassel necklace to tie the look together.

Personally, I’ve got a good feeling about fringe. Only time will tell if it’s going to stick around, but for less than 60 bucks this jacket is the perfect piece to have in your closet this season. Whether you’re on the fringe about this current trend (I’m punny hehe) or on a budget, look no further than Forever 21. You never know what you might find!
