It’s been awhile since I’ve rocked a romper… I had almost forgotten how much I like them. What I love about rompers is that they’re so versatile. They’re easy to take from day to night, and can give the appearance of a dress but with more mobility (aka no flashing). Additionally, I think rompers are a great way to mix up your wardrobe.
The only thing with rompers (besides having to basically get naked when you have to pee) is the fit. In order to really pull one off you have to know your body type. The leopard print is what initially caught my eye with this one, but I really fell in love when I tried it on.
This romper has princess seams, which are used for contouring. Put more plainly, it’s tight in all the right places. The bodice fits me nice and snug while the shorts are more flowy and loose. I also just love the little cutouts! I’m all about the little details. AND if you’re not sold already, this romper is currently on sale for $88.
I kept my accessories pretty minimal since this romper is more of a bold piece. These Steve Madden strappy sandals were the perfect simple pair of shoes that go with everything. I completed the outfit with some classic jewelry and a trendy bucket bag for a fun day to night look.
