First off, I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas! I took a couple days off from blogging/social media to enjoy the holidays so I’m glad to be back. I can’t wait to share some of the stuff I got with you guys and I’m super pumped about New Years Eve. I’ll for sure be posting some outfit ideas this upcoming week. But until then… Let’s talk about Topshop.
I can always find something I like at Topshop. My style is definitely eclectic (hence the name Eclectic Energy), but I oftentimes gravitate towards trendier items. Topshop is always on trend, and both their quality and their price point are pretty decent. I love that I can run into Nordstrom and grab something from Topshop if I’m ever in a bind and not have to call home and ask for money.
The last time I was in the Topshop section of Nordstrom, I found this orange top and knew I had to have it. It has a retro 1970s feel to it and I love the ribbed fabric. I also really like the color. I have a lot of burnt orange (hook ’em!) but I don’t have a whole lot of classic orange stuff. This top is just something kinda different and fun! During this same trip, I also found this black and white faux fur coat. I love that it’s two toned—it just adds a little something extra to it, don’t ya think? And it retails for just $160. Not too bad for a cool coat.
I was looking for some black jeans fairly recently, so naturally I went to Topshop. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit right, especially ones that aren’t way too long for my short legs. Topshop jeans not only fit great in the waist, but they also make petite sizes as well as a cropped version of most of their jeans that are the perfect length for me. This particular pair of jeans has a high waist, which is really flattering! If you’ve never tried on a pair of high rise jeans… Do it.
I named this post Head-To-Toe Topshop, but that isn’t entirely true. My over-the-knee boots were a bargain buy at Forever 21 and all of my accessories are BCBG, another one of my favorite brands. This look just wouldn’t have been complete without this unique lucite handbag, funky earrings, and agate cocktail ring. However, the bulk of this outfit was all Topshop.
