leg and butt workout

Happy Friday! I’m coming at y’all with a new Fitness Friday post today. I shared this workout video to my Instagram yesterday, and as promised I’m sharing the full workout with you guys down below. Let me know if you decide to try it out!

warm-up:

5 min walk on treadmill

 

cardio:

10 min on stairmaster

 

strength training:

squat pyramid (increase weight each round and lower the reps i.e. 15, 12, 10, 8, 6)

 

perform as circuit (one right after the other with minimal rest):

kettlebell deadlift 3×25

kettlebell swings 3×25

 

calf raises 4×25

 

perform as a circuit:

back lunges 4×12 (per leg)

side lunges 4×12 (per leg)

jump squats 4×15 (per leg)

 

cardio:

row to 100 calories (this should take approximately 10 minutes if rowing at a reasonably fast pace)

 

cool down:

static stretches
