Austin and I recently had a conversation about how easy it is to slip into a mundane routine. We talked about the importance of making special plans to do something out of the ordinary to de-stress and really enjoy one another’s company. And what better way to do that than with a nice date night?
After you’ve been with someone for a long time, normal starts to look something like giant t-shirts, sweatpants, messy buns, and Netflix. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that—honestly, I love having that level of comfortability with Austin—but every now and then it’s fun to get all dressed up and celebrate anything and everything.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve begun to truly appreciate all of life’s little moments. Had a good, productive day at work? Pour yourself a glass of wine. Checked off everything on your to-do list? Pop the champagne. And hey, if you wanna put on a pretty dress while you’re doing it, I’ve got ya covered down below.

Your date night is so much more classy than my boyfriend and I’s. Our “fancy” date night is going to a a steak house like Outback and wearing jeans lol

Lovely dress dear. I love the color. Looks so elegant. Lovely ruffles on the neckline.
