Two words: bell sleeves. Aka the most fun, swingy sleeves ever to be invented. I recently got this bohemian, 1970s inspired dress from Neiman Marcus and I think it’s perfect for this little awkward period we’re in that’s not really summer, but not quite fall. The colors and print in this dress make it summer appropriate, while the long sleeves take it right into the beginnings of fall. Plus, it is a fresh and modern take on the 1970s trends of the season. The only downside? This dress is a splurge. BUT I think it can totally be dressed up or down. I wore it to church with these casual heels (which have fringe on the side that is not very visible in the pictures… more 70s vibes), but I can see it as a fun semi formal type dress paired with some strappy heels. Or, for a more casual option, I’d pair it with some sandals or ankle booties. No matter how you style it, it’s such a fun dress.
