Seventh Flag Coffee.

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know that I’m a sucker for cozy coffee shops. There’s nothing I love more than exploring around town searching for all of the best spots. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to work, a cute meeting spot, or a place to wind down at the end of the day I’ve got ya covered. Read on for my top 10 current faves!

Opa! Coffee & Wine Bar

I recently discovered Opa! and I can already tell that it’s going to be an all-time favorite for me. It’s located down south in a cute house with a pretty outdoor patio. It was fairly crowded the last time I was there, but it was still really quiet and relaxing. They serve Greek inspired bites along with coffee AND wine. Need I say more? I highly recommend the house Cabernet Sauvignon – it’s only 6 bucks and tastes amazing.

Houndstooth Coffee

When I first started blogging, I reached out to Jessi Afshin from The Darling Detail about meeting up for coffee. We met at Houndstooth Coffee on Lamar (there are several locations but this one is the best in my opinion) and it became a favorite for me! And Jessi has since become both a dear friend and a mentor – so Houndstooth is a special spot for me! I typically drink my coffee iced and black… but their lattes are #worthit.

Bougie’s Donuts

Ok, technically Bougie’s is a donut shop… But they also have great coffee and a cute, cozy setup! A glazed blueberry donut with a cold brew is my favorite duo. Come in for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up!

Seventh Flag

This is such a quiet spot making it perfect for studying, emailing, and/or meetings. I’ve had some of my most productive meetings here! Plus I love their coffee and outdoor patio. Bonus points for having their own parking lot!

Cafe Nenai

The cutest South American coffee shop and bakery! The empanadas are to die for. My favorite is the ham and cheese! They’ve also got a nutella banana that I hear is out of this world, but they sell out fast.

Cenote

One of my go-to fun spots for lunch or afternoon coffee break. Set inside an old house, this trendy hangout practically screams Austin, Texas. Their coffee is great but I love that they also offer quite a few food options! Their salads are huge and majorly yummy.

Red Horn

This is another recent discovery for me! It’s a little bit of a drive up north in the Cedar Park area, but it’s well worth it. I just love the vibe! In addition to classic coffee options, they also serve housemade beers and fresh kombucha.

Jo’s Coffee

Am I even an Austinite if I don’t include Jo’s Coffee?! This is an Austin classic – and for good reason. Head to the South Congress location to grab a coffee and snap a photo in front of the iconic ‘I love you so much’ mural or check out the outdoor patio at the downtown digs.

Mozart’s

Coffee with a view! Mozart’s is such a fun spot on the lake with lots of space and plenty of parking. On a nice day be sure to sit outside and take in some fresh air. After you get all of your work done, head to Hula Hut or Abel’s on the Lake for dinner right next door!

Elizabeth Street Cafe

What doesn’t Elizabeth Street Cafe have? You could literally stay here all day! Coffee, pastries, macarons, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brb I’m moving in! Seriously, this is one of the cutest spots in town and a go-to for me. Try the Vietnamese coffee!

These are my current top 10, but I’m always on the hunt for new places. Any of my local readers have some favorite spots around town?! Let a girl know!
