Tops

For a comfortable but still cute look, I love tops that are cut in more of a loose, tunic style. I like baseball tees, henley shirts, and basic striped tees. What’s good about tops like these is that they can be dressed up or down. When I’m going for a real casual look, I’ll put on some yoga pants. If I want to dress up a simple top I can put on some jeans and cute sandals.

Bottoms

Paired with the aforementioned tops,  I wear a lot of cropped leggings. Nowadays you can find tons of different types in pretty much any color or pattern you can think of. When it’s really hot I’ll throw on some wind shorts, which also come in a wide array of colors and styles. This makes it really easy for me to mix and match with different tops.

Shoes

To truly be comfortable, you have to have comfy shoes. If your feet hurt, you’ve basically defeated the entire purpose of this look. Converse shoes have really made a comeback, and can make an athletic look more cute and trendy. You can also never go wrong with a pair of Nikes or classic New Balance. There are so many sneakers available, so just find something that you like and feel comfortable in! The possibilities are endless.

Accessories

Accessories can make or break a look. Accessorizing this look with a full face of makeup, teased hair, and loud jewelry is not appropriate. To get this look right, I recommend natural looking makeup and hair, and simple jewelry. I also will throw on a baseball cap every now and then, or a pair of sunglasses if it’s really sunny out.
